Larger spaces take more time, more labour, and more vehicle loads. The £650 price reflects that honestly. It is still a flat fee with nothing added on, and the same deposit and balance-on-completion structure applies.
Anything in decent condition gets donated to local charities or sold on, so it goes somewhere useful rather than straight to landfill. Anything genuinely past it goes to the tip or recycling centre, handled legally by our licensed team.
Yes, we are fully insured for public liability. In the unlikely event of any accidental damage to your property during the clearance, you are covered. We are a proper professional operation, not a man with a van.
